  19. DESCRIPTION
  20. - WebAnimDesigner is a simulator of what you would get if you saved your current
  21.  animation as an animated gif using various settings of transparency, dispose, etc.
  22.  and one of three optimizations--no optimization (all frames same size), boundaries
  23.  optimization (animated objects on clean fields are tightly framed, so frame size
  24.  and position will vary from frame to frame), and deltas optimization (any animation
  25.  where background is relatively constant-after the first frame, the frames are made
  26.  out of deltas).
  27. -As a bonus, Cloanto's SaveAnimGIf is incorporated into the script, modified so it
  28.  1) accepts info from the WAD requester and directly from the animation (instead of
  29.  generating its own requester) and 2)so it allows the setting of transparency and
  30.  dispose in all possible ways.(Thanx to Oscar Sillani of Cloanto for info.) This
  31.  means that instead of 1 way of saving in boundaries optimized, and 1 way of saving
  32.  in deltas optimization, each can be saved in 4 ways. With the addition of
  33.  no-optimization, technically there are 12 ways of saving your animation to animated
  34.  gif, instead of 2 ways provided by the original SaveAnimGif.pprx.
  35. -The purpose of WAD is to enable the more advanced animaed gif designer, to
  36.  implement exotic combinations of dispose, transparency, and optimization, in order
  37.  to achieve maximum effects for minimum filesize.
